This is a Sunday Pocket Note
This Sunday Pocket Note takes you straight into a map of my mind in 2023. On the left, you’ll meet Mergatroid, my inner critic, flapping signs around like an overexcited traffic warden. On the right, Skye offers a far steadier route, full of reminders, encouragement and all the things I sometimes forget to tell myself.
I drew this map on a day when both voices were unusually loud and felt like they were elbowing each other for space. Seeing them laid out helped me name what was happening.
It also reminded me that the voice I listen to most often shapes the direction I travel and how I create my reality.
