Your Personal Mapping Practice
There’s a way to see how your life fits together
As a transformational container, Kumapelo is a Substack-based practice space where you explore personal mapping as a way to recognise patterns in your lived experience and develop a deeper sense of self-orientation - all through a simple three-step process.
Notice what’s already here
Put it down on paper
Let the patterns and threads reveal themselves
This isn’t about finding answers outside yourself. It’s about learning to see what your own life has been showing you all along: without pressure or timelines.
If you want to work this way, you can begin here
Who is this for?
Kumapelo is for self-aware, emotionally intelligent women at a turning point in their life, who have already spent time engaging deeply with their own lives, and want a way to see who they are becoming and how it all fits together - by mapping their experiences and recognising the patterns already there. This space is designed for women, and open to those who resonate with this way of working.
What does it help you do?
The Kumapelo practice space helps you:
→ see how the pieces of your life fit together
→ recognise patterns that were already there
→ reconnect with your own direction
→ trust what is already present within you
The Space
Once you’re in the space, you move entirely at your own pace. You can return to it over and over again. Nothing will disappear and there are no timelines or schedules. Kumapelo is not a course or a one time programme. Inside, you’ll find:
→ a structured, open environment to explore personal mapping
→ prompts, guided journeys, occasional challenges
→ a growing collection of resources about personal mapping and cartography
→ no deadlines, no pressure, no fixed path
→ no teaching or telling you what to do
