The start of something new: Fictional Moodling
Curiosity-led meanderings into micro fiction and possibly short stories
Hello, fellow moodlers. Debs here from Take a Moodle with Me.
You may have seen in my post from earlier this week, that I have started dipping my toes into writing fiction! Woohoo!!! I cannot tell you how excited I am to be doing this! I feels exhilarating. To keep it separate from my main Take a Moodle with Me, I have created a new section here on Substack called Fictional Moodling.
I just wanted to let you know about this new development. None of you, as subscribers to Take a Moodle with Me will be signed up to receive updates from this new section. So if you want to sign up to receive my fiction writing, then please follow the instructions at the bottom of this email to subscribe to new posts from Fictional Moodling.
The Summer of Magic series
My “Summer of Magic” series will be mostly fiction writing and will often be in the form of a 100-word story. And sometimes, because I like to keep things interesting, there may be a longer piece, even though this will still fall under the micro fiction umbrella of 1000 words or less.
You can start reading the “Summer of Magic” here.
I’m also excited to announce that I have been collaborating with other writers on Substack, writing 100-word stories together. More about that soon!
