I need to adopt your methods Debs, my candle is burnt out, the lightbulb blown... the need for a gentle, slow glow now urgent and thankfully holidays, in the nick of time!

That means so much to me, especially from you, whose way with words is sublime. Thank you. I believe it's something we need to reframe, to do all the time, all year round, as we become more and more frazzled with the way we live. I hope you find some much needed space soon.
