I always love it when I read something that resonates deeply in that moment, and your piece did. Now then, hot cross buns, a delicious, devilish delight, and so glad they're only available at Easter! 😁
Finding the space between things and then savouring it rather than stuffing it with other things is ridiculously challenging isn’t it? I’m trying too, though sometimes find myself thinking I’m ‘savouring’ simply because I’m sitting down (and actually planning the next thing). Work in progress! x
Gosh, it is ridiculously challenging. We've been programmed since birth to be busy bees. 🐝 In our women's circle, we say "awareness is the key to change" and I think that 's where I begin anew each day. If I'm aware then there is a possibility for changing the way I live. But, as you say, always a work in progress. Thank you for stopping by to share your thoughts, Vanessa!

Such beautiful words, Debs! Thank you for sharing your creative interpretation of my post amongst the other wonderful humans.
And I’m a tiny bit jealous of hot cross buns, I didn’t grow up with them but always admired them from afar.

That’s a lovely six word story and can be read anew every single day!
Yes!! I try to do that, but it doesn't always work. Thank you Priya.
